Lakshmi Machine Works Limited, Coimbatore.
  • Development and manufacturing of CNC Machine Tools
  • Along with a team of engineers deeply involved and established the collaboration with Mori Seiki of Japan for the manufacture of CNC Lathes and Machining Centres
  • Established the manufacturing processes of CNC machine tools at LMW
  • Deeply involved in other collaborations namely with OSAI A B for CNC Systems, Mikron for Tool Room Milling machines, Fraunhoffer Institute for HMC development, Vertical Turret Lathe with pick up spindle etc
  • Guided many engineers in new developments of CNC machines and Sub Systems,
  • Customer training and service, Vendor and Market development etc
  • Widely traveled abroad, attended many international exhibitions, national and international seminars and conferences related to Machine Tools
  • Worked in various capacities including the Head of Machine Tool Division
  • Worked in the area of CNC machines development
Central Machine Tool Institute (Now Central Manufacturing Technology Institute), Bangalore.
  • Worked in the area of CNC machines tools development
  • Under UNDP fellowship visited USA for acquiring knowledge on CNC machines development
  • Designed and developed a microprocessor based CNC controller for Industrial use and licensed to MKL Harihar
  • Trained many engineers from user industry on CNC machine design and applications
