- We open registrations on the first working day of every month at 9 am for exams scheduled in the following month online. You can see the exam calendar, select the exam you would like to register for and follow the procedure as instructed by the system.
- You need the soft copy of your passport or Aadhar card and the soft copy of your photo, which are to be uploaded during registration. When these changes are done, the content of the website serves the purpose.
- You pay the exam fees during the registration process. Please have the required facility for online payment ready before starting the registration process.
- You receive the hall tickets 2-3 days before the exam. You can find the hall ticket in the dashboard of your log-in on our website. Please download the same, take a printout and bring it to the exam.
- Please bring your original photo-ID proof (no soft copies stored in the mobile or Digi-locker / photocopies are accepted), pencils, erasers and sharpeners as answers are written only with pencils and not with pen.
- It takes around 7 weeks to get the results. The results are not published online. The exam certificates with your results will be couriered to the address given by you.
- Yes, all the personal details given by you such as your first and last name, DOB, POB etc. should be the same as in your passport.
- You can send an email to us mentioning the information to be corrected with a copy of the certificate with the wrong entries.
- Yes, you can apply only for written / only for orals / for the complete exam. There is no change in the exam fees charged between the three.
- Yes, that’s possible. You have to bring the copy (not the original) of the exam’s results which you want to consolidate with the exam for which you are registering to the exam centre, from where a request will be sent to telc for consolidation.
- No, that’s not possible. The cancellation of registration and a refund is possible only in the case of a severe illness of the candidate. The candidate should send us an mail with proof of diagnosis done by a doctor as the supporting document for the same. Please note that only a letter from a doctor is not sufficient, and a diagnosis report should be attached to the medical certificate. In such cases the exam centre retains 25% of the fees as administrative charges and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate.
