The Electrical Engineering programme is a multidisciplinary engineering course designed to provide students with a strong foundation in core electrical and engineering sciences while progressively developing in-depth expertise in electrical systems, power technologies, electronics, and control engineering. The curriculum seamlessly integrates fundamentals of circuit theory, electromagnetics, electrical machines, power systems, and control systems with advanced studies in power electronics, renewable energy systems, smart grids, electric drives, and industrial automation. The programme emphasizes modern design, analysis, and simulation tools, computational techniques, and system-level modeling, along with exposure to sustainable energy technologies, energy management, and intelligent electrical infrastructure.

Students gain practical experience through well-equipped laboratories, industry-oriented projects, and hands-on training in areas such as electrical machines and drives, power electronics, PLCs, embedded controllers, protection systems, and energy auditing. Alongside technical competence, the programme focuses on analytical problem-solving, systems thinking, project and quality management, safety standards, and product lifecycle management, ensuring graduates are well prepared to address real-world electrical engineering challenges, drive innovation, and contribute effectively to power, energy, automation, electric mobility, and advanced industrial sectors.

Admission to PSG IAS, India

  • Completion of 12th grade with minimum 80%.
  • Diploma holders must secure 80% overall score.

Eligibility for Transfer to IGCHE, Germany

  • German language proficiency at C1 level (TELC).
  • Maintain CGPA of 7.5 or higher prior to transfer.
